The structure of Imamzadeh Kamal (AS), the son of Imam Musa al-Kadhim (AS), is a hexagonal building with a length of 3.90 meters. It is located on the outskirts of Ziaabad in the city of Takestan. The building consists of three sections, with two additional sections that are completely new and lack any artistic value.

The interior of the building is also hexagonal and features fine craftsmanship. The dome of the Imamzadeh is of the double-layered type. The building has brickwork decorations among the arches of the exterior walls, and floral patterns can be seen in the corner decorations inside. The structure of Imamzadeh Kamal dates back to the 9th century AH and its design is unique in the region.

The entrance to the shrine is on the east side, flanked by stones engraved with exquisite inscriptions. On either side of the entrance, there are two stone lattice windows, one of which bears an inscription.
