Mian-Rahan Bridge is located in the Dinawar district of Sahneh city, Kermanshah province. The village of Mian-Rahan is situated between Bisotun mountain and the city of Sangar, and the bridge over the Dinawar river has made this village famous. The bridge was built during the Safavid era and has been restored and renovated in recent years. The village of Mian-Rahan is the meeting point of the fourth branch of the Dinawar river with the main river.

The Mian-Rahan Bridge is approximately 31 meters long and its width is also 85 square meters. It has three arches and four pillars underneath it, each of which is a place for water to pass through and has two triangular water outlets around. Abdolsamad Khan Yavari restored this structure during the Pahlavi period. Due to the passage of numerous vehicles and the historical significance of this bridge, a concrete arch was built beneath it, which has caused damage to the ancient architecture of the Mian-Rahan Bridge. Considering the distrcutions caused to this structure, the Cultural Heritage Organization decided to build a concrete bridge beneath the Mian-Rahan Bridge and restore all the damages made by the concrete arch. The northern spring is the only spring whose architecture has not been modified and is much smaller than the other two springs, which have undergone several restorations due to heavy pressures.
