The Red Mosque is located inside the village of Churs, inclined towards its eastern direction. The mosque was built during the reign of "Morteza Qoli Khan Domboli" and by his order. The original building of the mosque is related to the Safavid era, which was restored and reconstructed during the Qajar period.

The mosque has a square plan lacking a courtyard or a central nave. Its nocturnal area has four stone columns with simple capital tops. The mihrab of the mosque is seen with stucco decoration in the form of an Iwan, with two small chambers on each side. The main materials used in this building are stone and brick. This mosque is considered one of the nocturnal mosques, and its entrance is located on the northeast side, opposite to the mihrab.

There is a plaque with dimensions of 55x75 centimeters above the entrance door of the mosque, which was probably inscribed with the construction date and the name of the builder. The mentioned plaque has been removed from its original location and disappeared over time. Parts of the mosque building have been restored and reconstructed by the Cultural Heritage General Office of the province in recent years.
