Tappeh Pari is located in the village of Pari (Pirooz), which is part of Malayer County. It was officially excavated for the first time in 1970, leading to the discovery of graves dating back to the first millennium AD. The burial practice in this area involved placing the deceased with their left or right arm folded, depending on the time of burial, with the knees bent and the hands resting on the chest. Evidence suggests that the burial orientation was directly related to the position of the sun in the sky, aiming to place the face of the body towards the sun.

The discovery of graves on this hill also indicates that personal belongings and decorations such as bracelets, necklaces, and rings that were worn during the person's lifetime were buried with the body. The height of the hill is approximately fifteen meters, and it is located 200 meters off the Arak-Malayer asphalt road. Despite the historical significance of this site and the archaeological value of the artifacts found there, it has not been officially registered and has been utilized for archaeological purposes.
