The blessed shrine of Imamzadeh Qasem is located on the ancient road from Oshnavieh to Shazand, 30 kilometers north of Oshnavieh city. The founder of the shrine was Hazrat Sayyed Ahmad Al-Madani, known as Mir Nizamuddin, and the reason for the transfer of the name of Imamzadeh Qasem is the burial of two venerable Imamzadehs, Qasem and Zaid Talib, in it. The oldest part of the building is the dome and its precious wooden door, which is made in the style of knotwork and has Quranic verses on it. It dates back to a period before the 8th century AH. Other interior decorations and attachments show features of the 8th century AH. This valuable building has been registered as number 11757 in the list of national monuments of Iran.
