The Jameh Mosque, also known as Rahim Khan Mosque, dates back to the Safavid era and is located in Zarrin Shahr. This site was registered as a national heritage site of Iran on March 14, 2006, with registration number 15190. The most prominent and distinguished historical monument in Lenjan County, Isfahan Province, is the Rahim Khan Mosque. The building, situated in the central part of the city in the (Esha Gol O) neighborhood, next to the bazaar, bathhouse, and another mosque called Masjed-e Posht-e Darvazeh, underwent comprehensive restoration in 1260 AH. The mosque was named Rahim Khan because it was extensively renovated by Mohammad Rahim Khan Rizi during the Qajar period.
The Jameh Mosque of Zarrin Shahr was constructed approximately two hundred years ago using Islamic architectural techniques. Its concave ceiling is supported by columns that are below ground level, making it the only registered building in Zarrin Shahr. The mosque has five entrance and exit doors, with a chain hanging at the main entrance. The entrance door is made of tiles and bricks.
