Amir Arshah “Dash Sakhteman” Mansion belongs to Qajar period, placed 12 kilometers west of Varzaqan in Kharvana village. Encompassing an area of 1100 square meters, the historical house has been erected in two floors on a stone foundation. The roof of the first storey is made of brick decorated in cross arches. It is famous as “Dash Emarat” which is related to the palace of Amir Arshad Qara Dagi, one of the unique and magnificent buildings of Varzaqan city. It has been constructed based on a plan by the Russian architect, Kerensky, under the supervision of Haj Ibrahim Aqa and Mirza Jail, somewhat inspired by the Russian architectural style. The historical house of Amir Arshad in Varzaqan was registered in the list of Iran National Heritages in 1999 (No. 2522)
