Tang-e Tamoradi is located 50 km west of Yasuj and 10 km after the road of Sepidar and Gachsaran. The name Tamoradi has been taken from the name of one of the Boyer Ahmadi clans. Tamoradi village is near this strait, whose people speak in the Lori dialect. It is interesting that one of the most famous cuisines in this land is a bread made of the oak flour.

Among the historical events of this land, we can mention Tang-e Tamoradi war. In 1309 AH, the Tamoradi war took place between the imperial army led by Major General Sheybani and Boyer Ahmad clan, led by Key Lohrasb, which ended with the victory of Lor clan.

Surrounded by Zaravar and Savers mountains, Tang-e Tamoradi is placed 1542 meters above the sea level. The tallest waterfall in Tang-e Tamoradi is 15 meters high with 14 other waterfalls around it, with a height of about 10 meters.

There are many natural pools which have been created, over the course of history, at the foot of each waterfall and in the heart of the rock. There are also caves whose mouths are covered by the falling water of the waterfall. The land of oak forests surrounds Tang-e Tamoradi.

You can see the "honey oak spring" flowing from the ground, near the gorge, which has pools in its lower reaches. There is a crypt where the grave of an Achaemenid commander has been placed, on the verge of Tang-e Tamoradi and next to Hossein Abad Village.

Bears, goats, squirrels, deer, pigeons, partridges, as well as plants called "Jashir" and "Tadar" are the biological coverage of Tang-e Tamoradi land.
